Challenges:

Development Victoria wanted to ensure the transformation of Fitzroy Gasworks into a vibrant new neighbourhood was documented for both asset and advertising purposes. To record the site progress AUAV captured 360 panospheres of the site as well as individual structures.

AUAV complimented the external view point by providing Development Victoria with high-resolution interior scanning of internal structures such as the newly built sports centre. This meant the client had the ability to experience the space via an accurate 3D visual reconstruction of the area, providing a walk through visualisation of the space.

Solution:

The imagery and 3D models provided Development Victoria an easily accessible record of the development project that could be be readily used for promotional purposes as well as asset review and maintenance.
